The opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Project Managers to oversee and manage our diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Opportunities are available in Canberra, but we are open to discuss flexible work arrangements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in Defence or Defence Industry
Excellent business acumen and a commercially minded approach
Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with key senior stakeholders both internally and externally in a Defence/ Defence Industry environment.
Well-developed communication and teamwork abilities
Demonstrated experience in governance and compliance of programs of work and effectively managing and overseeing multiple schedules, budgets and teams to achieve success
Strong influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Extensive & relevant network across Defence and Federal government with market/industry knowledge and expertise
NV1 Australian Government security clearance
