Duties

We are looking for a Workers Compensation Specialist to join our team!

Summary -

A typical day will include the following:

Assists with gathering and analyzing information, applies appropriate techniques necessary to make an accurate evaluation of acceptability of risk. May evaluate credit quality.

Participates in marketing activities within the region to promote the development of new business.

Participates in the producer management process which may include, but is not limited to, premium collections.

May ensure credit quality of accounts managed while maintaining and updating files.

Prepares and participates in proposals to producers and/or accounts negotiating terms and conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in carrier relationship management

  • Experience with workers comp carriers and multi-lines

  • Wholesale brokerage experience preferred
