Ready to shape talent acquisition’s future? We’re introducing a new role on our Talent Acquisition team: the Recruitment Marketing Specialist. As we build and expand our recruitment marketing and talent attraction capabilities, we seek a creative professional who can help us define our strategies when it comes to finding top talent.

As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting talent to support AutoZone customers at our stores, distribution centers and store support centers. Your mission is to elevate the AutoZone employment brand, engage potential candidates, and create compelling narratives that resonate with our target candidates. You will build highly engaged audiences and deliver the right content to the right candidates at the right time to drive quality hires.

    What You’ll Do:

Elevate Our Employer Brand:

• You’ll need to think strategically about how to position AutoZone as an employer of choice. This involves understanding our unique value proposition and crafting messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.

• Build our capabilities through the implementation of new a career site and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools. Design the sitemap, workflows and campaign capabilities.

• Refresh and amplify our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally. Showcase what makes AutoZone an exceptional place to work.

• Communicate authentically and transparently. You’ll manage our careers sites, social media content and review responses. Our employer brand is more than just a logo—it’s about the experience we offer our employees.

Content Creation and Distribution:

• Collaborate with internal content creators and vendor partners to produce compelling materials. From our career site to emails to videos, your content will resonate with potential candidates.

• Define candidate personas. Understand their motivations, preferences, and pain points.

• Create and implement campaigns that maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for our stores and distribution centers.

• Champion diversity and inclusion efforts. Ensure our messaging appeals to a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

Data Driven Decisions:

• Conduct A/B tests on campaigns and content to further improvements in marketing efforts taking an analytical approach and turning insights into actionable plans.

• Produce reports and assist in analysis/insights of recruitment marketing program performance.

• Support optimization of media budget and report media results and insights

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media or related field

• Experience in or understanding of activating an Employer Value Proposition and employer branding

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRMs and messaging technology

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute new ideas.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
