YOUR ROLE

  • Plans and implements maintenance and optimization measures

  • Performs technical supervision of line technicians Is responsible for continuous improvement of energy consumption in the production

  • Does technical consulting of the production

  • Develops employees with regular trainings and briefing

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum of five to seven years experience with formal training in electrical and mechanical trades and a proven track record of leading mechanics.

  • Excellent organizational ability

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills; must work well with others

  • Ability to handle changing priorities

  • Computer literate including proficiency in MS Office programs and Lotus Notes.

  • A quality consciousness and pride of workmanship mentality

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Ability to lead the Maintenance team to meet or exceed the company’s stated goals and objectives.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
