Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the production of packaging created by printing press machines for various items such as food labels, cleaning supplies, and other household items. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality of the packaging and pressing department, assist with development and implementation plans for best practices within the production facility, and improved processes to increase production metrics. Providing feedback and coaching to plant management staff to improve quality products will be an integral part of your role. Actively participating in Production, Quality, and safety within the facility is expected of you. You will also be developing audit schedules to verify adherence and provide routine reports to the plant manager.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mesa, Arizona.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large AC warehouse. The working hours are from either 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
