\"Our client is hiring for a UX Content Strategist to join their growing team.This will be fully remote, 20 hours per week, ongoing.*Experience working in Contentful or similar CMS What you will be doing as a UX Content Strategist:- Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with user journeys, ensuring coherence across all touchpoints. - Continuously optimize content strategies based on user feedback and analytics data to drive increased engagement and satisfaction. - Collaborate with UX designers and architects to map out content structures that support intuitive navigation. - Develop content taxonomies and metadata schemas to enhance content findability and relevance. - Advocate for accessibility in content design, ensuring content is perceivable and operable by all users. What you need to know as a UX Content Strategist:- Strong understanding of content and design principles and how to apply them to the service-based industry - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload - Demonstrated experience with interaction design, user experience principles, information architecture and the digital content ecosystem - Experience working with user journeys, personas and research - Passion for great storytelling and systems thinking - Experience in omni-channel strategic development preferred - Experience using AEM preferred, but currently on Contentful- Ability to speak with internal stakeholders and market leaders to communcate opportunities for improvement and advancement within products- Must have a strong attention to detailCreative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
