Meta Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager in Mexico City, Mexico
Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager to support up to 2 directors in the Meta leadership team and an office. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time based in our Mexico City office.
Required Skills:
Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Main POC for the entire office
Provide operational support for the entire office to include partnering with IT, Facilities, Culinary, Security, and Health and Safety teams (where these resources exist)
Own and curate Office Welcome for all new hires
POC for sending and receiving all mail for employees
Organizing Office events, culture initiatives, and Q&As
Maintain and conduct inventory of office supplies
Assisting with site specific communications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
3+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
3+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
Experience balancing competing priorities
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
