The Tenders, Sales Support, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Coordinator for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the commercial team with tenders and product installations and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure our business meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

This position is part of the Sales Department located in Mexico City and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Radiometer Mexico Team and report to the General Manager responsible for leading and setting the commercial strategy for Mexico. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with sales territory leaders to support Channel Partner (CP) tenders including tender analysis, organizing and supporting commercial activities, collecting and exchanging documentation, handling pricing and generating contracts, managing annual training, certifications, compliance evaluations, contract adjustments, DDQ, and third-party investigations, as necessary.

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute installations and training in partnership with commercial, service and clinical applications by managing schedules, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and reporting and resolving delays.

  • Manage the sales dashboard by obtaining timely data and updates from the sales territory leaders, including leading weekly sales updates.

  • Collaborate with global partners including Radiometer’s global affairs business partner to ensure that appropriate and timely documentation is in place for our products, and to manage and track progress with current portfolio imports, health records, COFEPRIES and renewals, as well as Central America partners in managing new product registration procedures.

  • Receive and review support letters according to a valid SP Policy before approval and signature by a person with legal powers.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor´s degree in a related field (e.g., regulatory affairs, life sciences, chemistry, international business).

  • Either two years of experience working in administrative support, one year of experience in regulatory affairs, or one year of experience in tenders in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) including Excel functions.

  • 20% Travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Master’s degree or MBA in life sciences/ administration
