Hire to Retire Management Trainee Program
We are looking for Management Trainees for Human Resource Services.
This is a 24-month accelerated development program that will allow you to experience different processes across our Hire to Retire Streams (Human Resource, Hire to Retire, Integrated Access Management, Rewards and Global Mobility) and gain exposure within the Nestle Group. Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Computer Engineering, BSBA Major in Human Resource, Behavioral Science.
High performing talents with exceptional rating in the last performance cycle
Has less than 2 years work experience

Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
