Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Miami, Florida
Description
We are looking for a diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Miami, Florida. This role will primarily involve processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving credit inquiries. As part of our team, you will also be tasked with monitoring customer credit accounts .
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
•Data entry of invoices
Matching and batching purchase order to invoices and coding
Manage all Customer data online
accurately reconcile the data to check for discrepancies
Skills:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Knowledge of Quickbooks a must
High School Diploma a must
