Robert Half CRM System Manager in Miami, Florida

Description We are currently offering a contract employment opportunity for a CRM System Manager in Miami, Florida. This role primarily involves supporting the Project Manager/Lead in an industry that heavily utilizes CRM systems. The successful candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of managing CRM systems, creating dashboards, and Configuration Management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the CRM system to ensure its optimal functionality.

• Create and manage dashboards for easy data visualization and tracking.

• Implement Configuration Management processes to ensure system consistency and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager/Lead to understand project requirements and translate them into system configurations.

• Identify opportunities for system improvements and propose solutions.

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other operational systems.

• Address any system issues promptly and efficiently.

• Conduct regular system audits to identify and rectify irregularities.

• Train other team members on how to effectively use the CRM system.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the CRM system remains current and efficient. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Support Project Manager/Lead role or similar position

• Strong skills in Configuration Management

• Proficiency in creating and managing Dashboards

• Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members

• Ability to work independently and take initiative when required

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or related field preferred
