Description
Robert Half is partnering with a well-known non-profit organization in the area to find an HR Coordinator. This is a temporary position with excellent potential to become a permanent, full-time role. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and completion of all required documentation.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, questions, and assisting employees in understanding their benefits options.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all data is accurate and compliant with internal policies and legal requirements.
Assist with employee relations matters, offering guidance and support on policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
Organize and coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
Help with HR-related reporting, such as turnover rates, compliance reports, and other HR metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR coordinator or similar role.
Experience in a non-profit setting is a plus but not required.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HR software (HRIS) is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
