Assist in organizing and attending trade shows and conventions.
Provide comprehensive support for the administrative, technical, and clerical needs of sales teams.
Execute additional tasks as required for Sales Assistant duties.
Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries, ensuring top-notch service.
Generate sales reports and prepare presentations.
Aid in promoting the company's products and services within the sales department.
Manage and coordinate internal training sessions.
Support order coordination to guarantee smooth processes.
Prepare communications and meticulously proofread documents.
Arrange travel and meeting logistics.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
