What is the job about?
Responsible for the performance of a department or a team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce.
Your main responsibilities :
Responsible for goal and objective setting for team members
Achievement of operational results
Problem solving and continuously improvement.
Team coaching and motivation.
對生產管理與生產線持續改善具備熱情與企圖心。
對生產線包含品質，安全與生產力等改善有具體想法，並且能採取必要行動創造成果。
能在組織內推動變革，具體改善生產管理。
重視員工並且能激勵團隊。
具備領導統御的能力。
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
Minimum associate bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
At least 3 years of experience in being a people leader in production line.
Experience in Continue Improvement (Kaizen)
大專以上學歷，五年以上工作經驗，製造業尤佳。
帶領過生產線， 具備管理經驗尤佳。
有生產相關改善之成功經驗尤佳
其他主管交辦事項
直接對 生產部 經理彙報
帶領人數 : 25 35 位
