JOB TITLE: Principal Member of Technical Staff

JOB LOCATION: 200 S Laurel Ave, Middletown, NJ 07748

DUTIES: Use Agile SCRUM methodology to design, develop, test and maintain 5G deployment, and configuration applications. Participate in sprint planning meetings, daily stand-up meetings, peer code review sessions, and sprint retrospective meetings. Coordinate with sprint lead to understand the business requirements. Oversee the development team in setting up appropriate deadlines consistent with the roadmap, develop associated code, ensure compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, document the code implementation details, and unit test code before Quality Assurance testing. Create user interface and back-end code with technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and ReactJS. Use React JS concept of hooks, functions, props, and react-router to render components. Use Node JS and NPM open-source library to integrate important functionalities that enhance user experience. Use CSS3 along with build in Material UI CSS properties to style components that are responsive in various screen sizes. Provide server-side functionality and create API’s with Flask framework of Python. Use Fetch API to consume RESTful based web services. Complete unit test of the application, support end to end Quality Assurance testing, and fix any bugs that are found during testing. Complete continuous integration and continuous deployment cycle in the production environment that is focused on complex design, engineering, and development. Use Node JS to minify project source code files and run real time development servers. Use bitbucket for version control, JIRA as a project tracking tool, and use Confluence for documentation of features. Create, design, and develop web based applications. Use JavaScript frameworks, Angular, ReactJs, and NodeJs. Design UI screens. Create secure RESTful API’s using Python. Deploy Web Application to Apache sever. Review Software requirements, prepare test scenarios for software usability, and document results.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation creating, designing, and developing web based applications; using JavaScript frameworks, Angular, ReactJs, and NodeJs; designing UI screens; creating secure RESTful API’s using Python; deploying Web Application to Apache sever; and reviewing Software requirements, preparing test scenarios for software usability, and documenting results.
