Customer Experience Business Partner - 88811 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Schneider Electric has an opportunity at our Middletown, Pennslvania, facility for a Customer Experience Business Partner. Great people make Schneider Electric a great company. Drives customer focus and ensures that the delivery experience is continuously improved and issues are resolved quickly. What do you get to do in this position? * Collaborate with customers to improve their delivery experience on all shipments being shipped into the DC Territory * Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders: Area Channel Management, GSC Planning, GSC Transport, Digital CX, GSC Plants * Coordinate customer visits throughout the DC territory * Manage Medallia surveys and alerts * Improve # of survey responses * Improve Survey Response Rate * Manage Customer Escalations from Channel and from customers directly * Identify and Execute projects to improve customer experience using CX & Quality tools: * Customer Journey Mapping & 8D Problem Solving * Conduct Customer-focused training to increase Site Customer Centricity * Support and drive adoption of strategic CDX initiatives Key Responsibilities * Drive Customer Centricity as Customer Experience advocate * Ensure the Customer Experience is measured according to the Business priorities. * Execute an improvement action plan with Business stakeholders. * Solve Customer escalations quickly and prevented from recurring This job might be for you if: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent * 3+ years of experience in a related field (customer-facing preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excited to meet with customers and other stakeholders * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently and drive tasks to closure * Leadership and influencing skills * Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work with autonomy * Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis * Excellent Digital Acumen (SAP / Manhattan / Oracle / Medallia preferred) We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.
