Description We are offering a position in the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry, located in Midland, Texas. The role is centred around billing and invoicing functions, requiring a meticulous individual with a robust understanding of accounting software systems and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the invoicing and billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Create, review, and send invoices to customers using various accounting software, including NetSuite

• Handle billing schedules and address any discrepancies or issues related to billing

• Submit invoices in Open invoice, Smart GEP and Ariba in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes

• Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all tasks

• Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites to maintain records and perform various accounting functions

• Oversee customer service related to billing functions and collection processes Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in a Billing Clerk role, ideally within the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Demonstrated ability in using Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel

• Understanding and experience with Accounting and Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Collection Processes in an Oil & Gas setting

• Must have strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Experience with NetSuite will be highly beneficial

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent education level required; additional qualifications in finance or related field will be an advantage.
