Savage is seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant. This position will lead the accounting for the Company’s leases, including month-end and year-end close procedures and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and have advanced Excel skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the accounting for the Company’s leases and ensure compliance with ASC 842
Oversee monthly accounting close activities
Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations
Assist in year-end financial audit by preparing and reviewing audit schedules, preparing footnotes and interacting with auditors
Work closely with team members from Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Operations and Legal to ensure complete, efficient and accurate financial reporting
Manage and ensure compliance with internal control policy for leases
Other duties as assigned
What You Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (MAcc or MBA a plus)
ASC 842 experience a plus
At least 3 years of accounting experience
Oracle knowledge a plus
Excellent Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to complete assigned tasks with minimal direction
Possess strong planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Continuous improvement mindset
