The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. The Position

Reporting to the Business Development Snr. Director, the Business Analyst will work in the execution of strategic initiatives that boost our organization’s efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance. Analytical thinking, problem solving, project and stakeholder management and ensuring the highest quality of work are essential elements of this role.

Key responsibilities

Strategy

  • Support the Snr. Director with the planning and execution of strategic & transformational projects, by:

  • Gathering and analyzing data;

  • Formulating and testing hypotheses;

  • Developing and communicating recommendations;

  • Implementing strategies, business processes and change

  • Create and structuring appropriate business presentations for the top management (HQ and Hub)

  • Support in creating of overall SE Hub Strategic Plan & 5-year Vision, working with key senior stakeholders for implementation

  • Support the Snr. Director in the structural roll out of PVH+ Plan in strong collaboration with EHQ

  • Collaborate with channels leadership in identifying areas of inefficiencies and coordinate with relevant senior stakeholders to create improvements. Create the business rational of the identified improvements and present back to key stakeholders for buy-in

  • Own the HQ / PVH Corp strategic planning agenda and support on ad hoc reporting requests

Transformation / Project Management:

  • Project support for Long term local BD projects: from analysis to implementation

  • Own a part of the planning, execution and controlling of one or more work streams / topics within a project, including being the contact person on this topic(s) to the business

  • Timely orchestrate key stakeholders around projects in order to meet business objectives

  • Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with all levels of the organization

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone that is not afraid to take on a challenge, and that is passionate about finding answers to complex problems and turning everything that she/he does into a success.

  • 2-3 years of experience as business analyst in management consulting or similar in-house position in dynamic and structured

  • Master’s degree from a leading business school/university

  • Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Proficiency in English

  • Outstanding people and relationship skills; and ability to interact with different levels of a multi-cultural, international organization

  • Flexible, and able to perform in a highly dynamic work environment

  • Independent, hands-on, able to prioritize, results oriented and structured

  • Real team player, does not take her/himself too seriously

  • Ambitious, highly motivated and with a focus on developing yourself

  • Passion for the fashion and apparel industry
