Job Title: Assembly Line Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician capable of performing multiple functions, excluding welding, across various stations and assembly lines. The role requires assembly of mechanical support assemblies according to specifications, identification and assembly of all parts, and the ability to flex to different workstations as needed. Responsibilities also include practicing and sustaining 5’s methods, understanding material ordering systems, sealing procedures, and motor sizes. The candidate should be capable of electrical and plumbing work, working from ladders up to 20 feet, installing special accessories, and ensuring adherence to all relevant ISO procedures and LEAN principles. The role aims to improve safety performance, achieve departmental safety goals, and handle other duties as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Milford, Delaware.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a loud manufacturing facility where hearing protection is required. Conditions include being exposed to weather elements through large bay doors, and potential dirtiness by shift's end. Personal protective equipment required includes steel toe or composite toe boots (self-supplied), ear plugs, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and arm shields. Tools are provided.
