Terex Corporation Pricing Manager, Strategic Accounts in Mill Creek, Washington

Job Description: Position overview: The Pricing Manager, Strategic Accounts reports directly to the Director of Global Pricing and is a key member of the Genie Global Pricing team. This position works closely with the Strategic Accounts Sales team and is responsible for the management of all pricing activities for strategic accounts. Along with the sales team this role will work closely with finance, product management, and business planning to drive key strategic initiatives. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team. Main duties will include: Management of overall contracts and agreements processes Support contracts and agreements negotiations Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize market share and profitability Ensure key financial metrics are met though recommended price actions Partner with various functions to drive key strategic initiatives Lead projects and advance the pricing roadmap Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, ...) Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, sales or pricing function Proven successful experience with pricing techniques and price optimization Key skills and attributes will include: Excellent written and spoken English Display commercial acumen and have a customer centric approach Strong aptitude for math, and understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources Able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience Good time management and prioritization skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) Good initiative to follow up on and resolve issues Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and influence individuals across different teams and functions Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment Strong decision-making capacity The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $140,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location.
