AERSALE INC A and P Mechanic (Airframe and Powerplant) in Millington, Tennessee
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accept or reject work accomplished for all items generated on the inspection forms.
- Responsible for the surveillance of all work in progress.
- Assures that all work inspected is in accordance with current FAA approved technical data.
- Adheres to quality inspection standards in accordance with the companys Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM).
- Service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness.
- Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components, assemble, and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, structural components, and accessories using hand tools and power tools.
- Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges and test equipment, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brakes, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills.
- Assure that all routine, non-routine, and customer request work cards are correctly completed and properly signed off.
- Verify calibrated tooling used is current.
Qualifications:
- Airframe and Power Plant (A and P) License preferred, but not required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Abilities and Skills:
- Attention to detail is imperative.

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
