Under general direction, works as a member of the Commercial Team to: establish and implement programs, support local and regional business leaders in the recruitment and development of college graduates across North America in a new hire sales program called BEST, process development and optimization, data analysis to support business decisions, accountability and support the sales of each domain: Fire, HVAC and Security. The main objective is to drive innovation, sales efficiency and effectiveness in North America, through effective program management.
