Job Description: CoreLogic is seeking an energetic, collaboration-minded Data Product Manager to join our dynamic Pricing Analysis and Delivery team. This multifaceted role involves analyzing industry data to create and maintain items, updating our pricing database, and collaborating with construction estimating and data engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities also include responding to clients\' questions, working on special projects, and conducting quality control reviews. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, contributing directly to our organization\'s strategic vision. This role supports CoreLogic\'s mission to power trusted property moments and help homeowners across North America protect the homes they love. Job Qualifications: Education and Experience: * A Bachelor\'s Degree in real estate, construction management, graphic design, or a related field or related work experience is preferred. * 4+ years of data management experience or experience working in the real estate field. Skills: * Proficient in MS Excel (required) and SQL (a plus). * Must have a forward-thinking mindset, ability to determine next steps without direction and and be an intuitive thinker. * Extensive analytical and organizational skills. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Project management experience * Familiarity with handling raw data and manipulating large data sets * Ability to multi-task and manage projects with conflicting priorities * Experience with working as a member of a distributed team * Eagerness to operate in a fast-paced, client-centric, collaborative environment * Familiarity with Marshall & Swift products is a plus. * Familiarity with Adobe software (InDesign) or experience working with U.plan. * Self-starter with the ability to function well in a team environment. #LI-Remote Annual Pay Range: 76,700 - 76,700 USD Application Window: This opportunity is expected to remain posted through the date identified below, subject to business needs. 2024-06-28 CoreLogic benefits information can be found here: http://www.yourcorebenefits.com/.
