That\'s where you come in. The ECX Integration Lead - O2C and I2R Customer Care supports Mergers & Acquisitions activities for Enterprise Experience Customer ECX Delivery stream. You are responsible for the successful integration of all Order to Cash (O2C) and Issue to Resolution (I2R) / Customer Care related activities for the acquired companies into the desired business model, processes, and systems within the existing organization, balancing global standardization with regional, functional of acquired company needs. In addition to M&A activities, you may act as the functional leader or subject matter expert (SME) when there are upgrades or replacements to existing process or business systems.
