Willingness to travel up to 50% within Wisconsin. Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Outlook software. Salary \| \$78,000/yr. (plus 35% commission to \$120k total OTE, with uncapped commission) Schedule \| Office hours, Monday - Friday Field Sales Manager responsibilities: Drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, both large and small businesses. Conduct a minimum of 300 customer contacts per week through email blasts, make 50 calls, and schedule 20 virtual meetings (30 minutes each) to showcase our product offerings. Understand and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, adapting as circumstances change. Develop an in-depth understanding of our product designs and their applications for branding. Utilize strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals and create tailored branding solutions for clients. Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with distributors and clients. Leverage Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for effective communication and data management. Collaborate with internal support staff, management, and customers to ensure successful sales outcomes.
