The Headlines :

In the role of  Manufacturing Solution Analyst  working in  Milwaukee, Wisconsin  you will be part of the  Information Technology team.  This role contributes to IT objectives for the manufacturing systems team through support of multiple IT professional disciplines including deployments of solution while sustaining existing installations.  The role will include, but not limited to exposure to SAP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Process Control Systems and Integration software systems within our Brewing, Packaging and Quality Management Business Processes.

This position reports to a Sr. Mgr Solution Delivery and works closely with the supply chain manufacturing operations solution delivery team to deliver the project portfolio.

The Responsibilities:

  • Support the Molson Coors manufacturing solution deployed in our North American Breweries by interacting with IT and business function stakeholders to gain understanding of the business requirements, functional requirements, solution capability, and desired outcomes. 

  • Support the manufacturing systems team through project-based solution delivery, testing, implementation and end user change management. 

  • Provide assistance to develop, document and deploy standard processes and procedures for various solution deployment of sustainment activities.

  • Complete and organize documentation of business and IT material.  Proactively address issues encountered and drive clarity to deliver results.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of IT, Engineering, or related STEM discipline.

  • You have at least 1-3 years experience in project delivery or business operations

  • Preferred experience in the following:

  • Previous experience with ERP solutions with SAP coursework

  • Database Management System modelling coursework/experience

  • Structured Query Language proficiency

  • Process and Algorithm design coursework/experience

  • Experience with consumer packaging or manufacturing operations is a plus

  • SAP and or MES experience is a plus
