  • This role is located in Point Pleasant, WI (MKE Project Site).

  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the project site location.

  • The individual will lead the project controls team for the AI project. This is a large-scale project, and the scope includes full engineering, procurement, construction, fit out, and commissioning.

  • The Principal AI Project Controls Manager will work closely with all stakeholders to track, analyze, and manage the project estimate, cost, schedule, and progress as per the approved stage gate process.

  • The incumbent will establish a business review cadence with key stakeholders to report the project performance against the approved plan and will manage / report the cost and schedule variations resulted by project scope changes to the leadership team.

  • This role will be instrumental in providing an early indication of project performance, providing accurate cost and schedule forecast, and driving predictability in project results.

  • This role will have functional reporting to the global Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) project control organization and project reporting to the AI Project Controls Manager Senior Director.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (cost, planning, estimating, or commercial).

  • Onsite Field/construction experience.

  • 5+ years experience with analytical capability to identify opportunities to optimize the cost and schedule.

  • Experience leading projects with over a 100 million dollar budget.

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements arerequired for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of people management experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (cost, planning, estimating, or commercial).

  • Execution experience with proven track record: Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of the project controls team scope

  • A great understanding of the datacenter design build.

Construction Project Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
