JOB REQUIREMENTS: Franklin, WI 1st shift, M-F, 6:30 am - 2:30pm \$18+ \$21p/hr BOE Requirements: Blueprint reading ERP system experience Microsoft Suite Math and measurement tool experience Job Functions With minimal assistance, review characteristics of assemblies and components within a single area of production against engineering documentation to confirm overall conformance to approved design data Bag and label conforming assemblies and components, and complete all associated quality paperwork Create quality notifications within the ERP system, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information Assist with the Material Review Board (MRB) process for nonconforming part disposition by providing objective evidence to support rejection data Support stock sweep activities to ensure accurate and comprehensive containment of suspect or nonconforming material Support data flow and identification on area continuous improvement boards Support kaizen activity and related activities Support manufacturing operations, including quality trending and data analysis, and assist with containment initiatives Adheres to all factory safety procedures and guidelines. Maintains clean, organized work environment and adheres to all safety standards, procedures and regulations. Contributes to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
