Job Summary The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Consultant is responsible for representing HDFS and serving as the trusted business advisor for the H-D dealer network. They will foster and develop new and existing relationships among key stakeholders among their dealers. Within the assigned region, the F&I Consultant will seek to drive established financial and non-financial targets and maximize business opportunities and revenue among Retail Finance Programs, H-D Certified, the H-D Protection Product suite, Commercial Credit, Card Products, as well as other products and services. Job Responsibilities Complete routine dealer visits, track and review financial sales production, gross profit margin, and assess the needs and opportunities from the dealer\'s perspective. Meet with various department personnel to obtain critical information; facilitate debrief meetings with dealership staff, present findings and implement best practices to maximize profit and customer satisfaction. Lead and deliver dealer training as necessary. Analyze sales data and F&I process to identify opportunities and implement best practices to maximize compliance, premium service, and revenue for the dealer through the presentation and sale of F&I products and services.
