JOB REQUIREMENTS: Define a vision, goals, and roadmap for Clover Card Not Present Payments team. Review and prioritize the Card Not Present payments backlog. Update the roadmap to reflect new learnings from user research and user analytics. Define and communicate user requirements to the Design, Engineering, and Developer teams. Attend sprint planning and discuss requirements with engineering and quality engineering teams. Establish product quality guidelines with quality engineering team. Collaborate with technical writers and content design team on release notes and help content, and coordinate releases with release management team. Promote new product value through collaboration with product marketing team. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years in any job title involving product management experience in the Payments domain.
