The position reports to the Manager, Client Care Program, Individual Support Program Unit. The incumbent of this position leads and manages the national Disaster Spiritual Care (DSC) program, including informing the development, dissemination, and oversight of all program policies, procedures, and training; identifying opportunities for process improvement; and providing support and guidance to DSC volunteers in divisions and regions on a day-to-day basis and during disaster relief operations.
