The Senior SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for designing and developing the database structures and providing consultative assistance to the software developers. This position will manage the database software, including, but not limited to, installing, configuring, monitoring, and performance tuning activities. This position will work closely with the State’s DBA and Data Warehouse DBA.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in software development on a large, complex automated systems development project similar in size and scope to the Wisconsin CSM Project.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience with systems analysis and design.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with the proposed database architecture.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience documenting and tracking requirements through all SDLC phases using an ALM tool.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with data warehouse databases and extraction/transformation/load (ETL) processes and technologies.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience using the tools included in the proposed frameworks.
Strong knowledge of high availability architecture. Do restore backups, support development teams with complex query tuning and schema refinement.

Recommended Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Database Software Certification.
An understanding of Child Support Program objectives and requirements, federal rules and regulations governing the Child Support Program, and systems requirements.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080 - $104,000.
