Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in-office)

Job Description:

We are working with a client in Minneapolis who is seeking to hire an HR Coordinator for their team. This is a unique role with a focus on delivering extraordinary service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Key-in new manager changes in the HRIS system.

  • Respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide recruiting support, including scheduling interviews, managing background checks and drafting offer or transfer letters.

  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Answer general benefit administrative questions and handle benefit invoices.

  • Coordinate varied projects, manage employee records, and maintain the HR SharePoint site.

  • Stay involved in data clean-up initiatives to identify discrepancies in titles and departments.

  • Fluency in utilizing HRIS and other digital tools.

  • Assisting HR lead in managing workflow, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a minimum of 2 years' experience working as part of a collaborative HR team is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

  • Capacity to handle confidential information discretely and professionally.
