Fairview Health Services Life Enrichment Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

We are looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join the Ebenezer Team at our Jones Harrison senior care & living community in Minneapolis, MN! The Life Enrichment Coordinator will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate goal-oriented programs/activities for all residents. In addition, the role serves as a resource person for independent leisure pursuits. Enables residents to achieve optimal level of intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual potential.

Schedule includes :

  • 64 hours every 2 weeks

  • Wednesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm

  • Weekends as needed

  • Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and conduct programs pertinent to the interests and needs of the individual resident

  • Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medical record documentation and participation

  • Other duties as assigned and advised

Required:

  • Education: Associate (2 year) degree in business or healthcare-related area, OR High School diploma/GED and equivalent experience required.

  • Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

  • None to 1 Year

  • Basic Computer skills and other office equipment

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Music Therapy or related field

  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
