Equipment Maintenance - Passenger Boarding Bridges

10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday

$29-$33 /HR

Up to $6,000 yearly bonus

Job Summary:

Maintenance Technicians perform all routine and non-routine maintenance on passenger loading bridge systems for customers in the commercial airline industry.

  • The technician is also responsible for routine and non-routine maintenance on gearboxes, bearings and shafts, HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, pnumatics, roller replacements, belt re-lacing and belts replacements.

  • Record keeping of maintenance

  • The Technician updates paper and electronic records in connection with maintenance performed.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical knowledge preferred

  • HVAC knowledge preferred

  • Controls background preferred

  • Drug test and criminal background check

  • Valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Work in a garage or outside on shop grounds or elsewhere on the airfield

  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and additional shifts as assigned

Reports to:

Will work under a Tech Level III and/or Lead Mechanic

Requirements:

  • Pass background and drug test

  • Valid driver’s license and pass and Motor Vehicle Record check

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Work in a garage or outside on shop grounds or elsewhere on the airfield

  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and additional shifts as assigned

  • Must have minimum tools to perform the maintenance and repair work

  • Be able to lift up to 70 lbs., frequently stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, walk, use of fine manipulation skills.
