Description
*Must be Local to Twin Cities**
As a Network Engineer, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures. You will work with various teams to ensure network systems are secure, scalable, and perform optimally.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design, implementation, and management of complex network infrastructures
• Work closely with various teams to troubleshoot network issues and create solutions that align with business objectives
• Provide system design and operational support for enterprise network systems
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements in areas like security, reliability, and service efficiency
• Focus on automation, monitoring, and developing repeatable processes with comprehensive documentation
• Mentor the team, share advanced skills, and troubleshoot across various IT and business services
• Leverage root cause analysis for continuous improvement
• Engage in governance processes, such as project and change management
• Participate in on-call activities.

Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Network Engineer
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Routers and Cisco Products
• Proficient in Firewall management and implementation
• Expertise in Network Administration and Analysis
• Demonstrated experience in Network Architecture and Engineering
• Familiarity with Network Infrastructure design and optimization
• Expertise in configuring and managing Routers and Switches
• Proficient in setting up and managing VPN - Virtual Private Network
• Experience with Wi-Fi and Wireless network management
