Position Summary
Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst for Evenings, Nights, Weekends (flexibility) in our Minneapolis downtown Enterprise Command Center. Prepare a variety of reports. Monitor, identify and resolve issues. Provide security support, identification, analysis, issue resolution, implementation and integration of security solutions, products and services. Support the day-to-day operations of all security systems, technology and Enterprise Command Center operations and procedures
Essential Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze the organization's network for security breaches to protect resources including systems, networks and data. Assist in preparing incident reports.
Maintain knowledge on security programs and documentation. Demonstrate learning by asking questions and probing all useful sources of information.
Monitor and identify security issues. Assist to resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams for remediation.
Administer and ensure compliance to all Service Level Agreements.
Implement policies and standards for security procedures and maintain confidentiality of information and ensure compliance with all security standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma and 1-3 years equivalent experiencing working in an operations center environment required either in cyber or physical security.
Experience in working in cyber or physical security or a related discipline preferred. Illustrates efforts to make productive contributions.
Must have written and verbal communication and presentation skills that include the ability to interface with others.
Must be able to work flexible hours to meet situational demands.
Position is subject to 24-hour on-call status and response.
Preferred Qualifications
Control Center/SOC experience
Physical security experience
Transactional, procedural and governed process-oriented task experience.

Non-Bargaining
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $53,300.00 to $75,167.00 per year
