Kelly Services Receptionist/Admin in Mississauga, Ontario

Kelly Services' Customer, a leading debt recovery law firm that provides uniquely packaged recovery services for financial institutions, commercial creditors and automobile lenders across Canada, has permanent opportunities for a Collections Specialist to join their team.

Primary Duties:

  • Ability to professionally handle multi-lines phone system, answering, screening and directing calls accordingly.

  • Politely and professionally greet guests.

  • Efficiently handle queries and complaints over the phone.

  • Manage the scheduling of the meeting room.

  • Opening of files on our custom built system

  • Performing Conflict Checks on files.

  • Efficiently distribute faxes and uploading of documents on our system.

  • Receiving, sorting and distributing mail daily.

  • Managing Office Inventory.

  • Overseeing Office Services like cleaners and general maintenance.

  • General Administrative Assistance to Management.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt easily to custom built collection software

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills

  • Excellent Organizational skills

  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to treat with and keep matters confidential

Perks:

  • Work Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm

  • Salary $45k
