The team you will be a part of

The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This role in summary

The Service Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth for Extended Service Plans, Installation Services, and other products within the Service portfolio. This individual will manage daily operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, manage channel and trade marketing efforts, oversee new product launches and support the delivery of the annual financial plan.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Contribute to priorities set by the Service Revenue team and ensure consistent execution of the Go To Market Strategy.

  • Lead and drive business strategy for Service revenue business.

  • Develop, execute and optimize the annual plans and continuously identify new growth opportunities.

  • Analyze available data/information to create and share sustainable strategies.

  • Drive revenue and presence across various sales channels with a focus on the Direct to Consumer (D2C) and Retail channels.

  • Develops the annual trade management planning process relative to area of business.

  • Manage pricing, promotions & assortment (SKU) mix to maximize sales and profitability.

  • Identify and scope new customers/channel opportunities, including determining new product innovation needs to penetrate new customers/channels.

  • Recommends potential launch activation approach including developing new item launch and training materials

  • Develop, communicate, execute and track performance of creative and compelling pricing, promotions, programs, and consumer events

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Strategy, pricing and Promotions.

  • Experience working within the consumer and trade environment

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Masters Degree

  • Understands how to position themselves in the market

  • Familiarity with Tableau
