Duties and responsibilities of a Crew Member may include:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies as needed
- Assist in the training of new crew members
