Job Summary：
directing reporting to the Production Leader, the Production Documentation and Continuous Improvement Specialist has the responsibility of printing the documentation that the operators use to assembly the units and the documentation that the final customer use for the maintenance and installation of the unit and the documentation that following the law has to be into the unit.
Apart from the documentation field, the person has to lead improvement projects: projects with the goal of enhance productivity and production flows or with the goal of reduce quality issues
Responsibilities:
Print and update the essential documentation to assembly units (traveller, OMS, procedures);
Print the documentation that is located into the unit (for the customer use – handbook, etc.);
In agreement with his manager develop and attend projects that have goals related to production flows, enhance productivity, reduction of quality issues and waste, reduction the line lead time;
Do analysis and then do actions with the goal to delete waste in production flows; collect the data from the daily Gemba;
Make reports (Pareto Charts) in which are collected the issues that arose from Production Department
Update the line charts on the Production whiteboard’s related to Safety, Productivity, Inventory, Delivery and Quality;
Update the absenteeism and workforce presence;
Support the production operators in order to simplify their work;
Qualifications: Technical High School
Key Competencies:
The person has to show a good ability to work in team because every day he has to communicate with all Departments of the company and with a high number of operators.
He/she has to be focus on the goal: every takt time the production documentation have to be ready and every day some little improvements have to be done.
He/she has to have an analytical mindset in order to solve problems with method and with data.
He/she has to show that the manager could be counted on him/her to complete tasks that have been assigned to him/her.
