[Process Technician]{.underline}

Deceuninck North America is seeking a Process Technician for its Monroe, OH facility reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager. This position is a critical role in validating extrusion tools from the tool room after capability runs, ensuring readiness for production on primary lines. This position supports the industrialization of new products, transitioning them seamlessly into production, and contributing to successful market launches. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in extrusion processes, troubleshooting, and trial management to uphold quality and efficiency standards.**

[Core Responsibilities:]{.underline}

• Validate extrusion tools after capability runs to ensure readiness for production on primary lines.
• Plan, execute, and analyze extrusion trials, documenting results and providing recommendations.
• Troubleshoot tool and process issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with tool room, production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure successful tool deployment.

• Support process improvements and the seamless transition of new products to production and market launch.

   

[Qualifications:]{.underline}

• 3+ years of experience in extrusion processes, tool validation, or production trials.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of extrusion equipment, tooling, and processes.

• Familiarity with SPC, root cause analysis, and process optimization tools.
