Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant who will work with the Air Force Center for Strategy & Technology (CSAT) and its graduate program, the Blue Horizons Fellowship located at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery AL. The CSAT mission is to educate the next generation of innovative leaders for the United States Air and Space Forces. The selected candidate must be customer focused and have familiarity with administrative project support and general office management tasks including financial tracking, facility management, stakeholder management, human resourcing actions, outreach, group travel planning, conference planning and protocol.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with all financial and customer management aspects of ongoing projects.

  • Serve as liaison between CSAT graduate students, faculty advisors, industry vendors and other government and non-government stakeholders.

  • Review the needs of project leads and anticipate their upcoming needs including travel, venue identification, expendables, supply sourcing, prepares written reports.

  • Assess organizational issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Respond to requests for written products or email responses from higher headquarters.

  • Reconcile internal/external financial data and prepares financial documents for funds transfer.

  • Assigned G Suite administrator (will be internally trained).

  • Maintain facility oversight.

  • Ad hoc tasks may include, as assigned: schedule deconfliction, visit requests, outreach, and other typical, transactional office tasks.

What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

  • Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Active Secret clearance

Preferred: Bonus Points For

  • Active Top Secret clearance

  • Experience with current Air University missions and stakeholders
