What to Expect:

The Digital Customer Marketing Specialist is a technical expert responsible for supporting and developing content branding, implementing the full digital funnel, and managing Nespresso's business on Amazon. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to prioritize qualitative new member acquisition and enhance the customer journey. The majority of the time will be spent in Retailer portals (Amazon Vendor Central and assisting internal processes and procedures.

A day in the life:

Account Support & Vendor Central Lead

  • Manage our brand store page and execute vendor central operations

  • Assist in complete commercial operations and participate in diverse tasks such as account presentations, sampling submissions and reporting on essential promotional programs.

Account Communication, Merchandizing & Brand Store Maintenance

  • Manage catalogue and product detail page (PDP) which includes new item setup, item maintenance, content uploading, and PDP monitoring.

  • Assist marketing in obtaining media packages maintaining and improving brand store content, and capitalize on communication opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide critical sales and financial data, offering insights into business performance.

  • Monitor the performance of new items and recent assortment additions.

  • Assist the Analyst, providing context and background to the data.

  • Collaborate with the internal Media Team and Market Research team.

Cross Functional Support (Business Planning & Financial Reconciliation)

  • Participate in and represent during cross-functional meetings, offering essential account information and updates to the organization.

  • Support advertising agency partnerships by providing key agencies with data and insights.

  • Offer support to external partners by providing them with relevant National Promo details, assortment changes, PO#, and promo and activation plans.

Role Requirements

  • Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working for or supporting Amazon is necessary; previous experience as an Amazon.com or Inventory Planner is desirable.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, CPG, wholesale, or Direct to consumer

  • Basic financial knowledge, including an P&L and manufacturer financials.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with numbers, generate reports and statistical data, interpret the data, and identify problems, opportunities, trends, and develop solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to fluently navigate within customer portals, dashboards and internal platforms.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
