KIK Consumer Products Integration Analyst in Montreal, Quebec

Your Role at KIK- LAVO Division

We are looking for a talented and experienced Integration Analyst to join our team and support integration initiatives within our organization. The incumbent will analyze, design, document, develop, test, monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between various on-premise & cloud applications. This role will work closely with business analysts, business users, customers, partners and developers. The incumbent will support the processes in a standards-based environment, deployed globally and accessible across the organization. Your expertise in SAP Process Orchestration, A2A/ B2B EDI integrations and problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering successful integration projects.

This role is based in Montreal, QC. Some travel to our Toronto site may also be required

What You''ll Be Doing?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, users, and partners to gather requirements for A2A and B2B integrations.

  • Engage in solution architecture, estimation, and high-level design for interfaces.

  • Analyze, design, develop, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and document interfaces using our integration middleware.

  • Proficiently examine and document existing integrations and mappings in legacy middleware systems.

  • Develop and maintain interfaces, ensuring stability, reliability, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.

  • Develop integration mappings between various applications, and maintain and update integration documentations.

  • Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of integration solutions to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the developed integrations.

  • Assist in designing and developing test plans and scripts for integration processes.

  • Monitor and support integrations, troubleshoot, and implement enhancements or fixes as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with other developers to establish and maintain integration standards and best practices.

  • Adhere diligently to the PMO process, project priorities, integration guidelines and change processes.

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members as needed.

  • Stay updated with the latest integration technology trends and best practices, and proactively recommend process improvements.

  • Perform other automation related duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring!

  • Bilingual English and French is mandatory.

  • Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP PO/PI for both synchronous and asynchronous communications.

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with EDI business processes and ANSI X12 standards (850, 856, 810).

  • Knowledge of integration concepts such as VAN, AS2 encryption/digital signing, ABAP Proxies, IDOCs, HTTP/S, SFTP, JDBC, MAIL, REST, SOAP web services, XML, XSD, JSON, and programming languages like Java and XSL for developing mappings on SAP PI/PO.

  • Expertise in graphical mapping to handle complex requirements and confidence in using standard B2B functions, along with the ability to create user-defined functions as needed.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP PO Repository & Directory objects and familiarity with B2B add-on features like TPM, EDI content manager, and NRO maintenance is required.

  • Knowledge of advanced SAP PO concepts related to SLD, NWA, File transports, Monitoring, and Alerting is desirable.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex integration requirements.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Experience with integrating applications such as SAP, JD Edwards Enterprise One, HCM, and OTM is a plus.

  • Familiarity with integrating SQL/Oracle databases and basic RDBMS concepts.

  • Possession of relevant SAP PO/PI or SOA certifications is a plus.

  • Familiarity with TRADACOMS, EDIFACT, and ANSI X12 messages like 204, 210, 214, 990, 753, 824, 864, 855, 860, 879, 846, 852, 940, 945, 943, 944 is a plus.

  • At least two full life cycle implementations and support experiences.

  • Knowledge of groovy scripting and SAP BTP - Integration Suite is an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PO/PI development, implementation, and support.

  • On-site presence is anticipated.
