The defence and security group aims to perform software validation through automation to continue pushing the boundaries, and, improving the quality and performance of Realtime aeronautical and synthetic environment software, as the industry leader. Our employees design innovative solutions to meet technological challenges and work together with our Software Development teams and with Test Experts and Military Training Experts from the Verification and Validation teams when we validate the training products on the actual simulators.

The role we are offering you:

  • You will be part of a multidisciplinary team in charge of executing automated software validation using various testing tools executed on cloud and On-premises labs.

  • You will be the first point of contact of the product team for everything concerning the software integrated testing and validation.

  • Support system designers with the implementation of their integrated test strategy.

  • Provide support to performance team members to execute QTG test through DevOps & GitHub-Actions pipeline for Defence & Security projects.

  • Integrate on defence and security projects, standard plate-form test released by infrastructure teams.

  • Create and define automated testing plan for defence and security products through DevOps/GitHub-Action pipeline using a variety of available testing platform.

  • Help setup DevOps/GitHub-Action to execute the testing plan of various labs. Act as intermediate between different CAE development teams to ensure the testing infrastructure is working as expected.

  • Analyze test failure. Follow up with product teams to understand and solve issues.

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.

  • Know the C#, Powershell and FtiNess programming and scripting languages.

  • Has a good understanding of configuration management tools (eg. Github).

  • Eager to work in an environment of challenges and non-repetitive work.

  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrate leadership.

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

  • Good planification, organization and communication skills required.

  • Minimum two (2) years of pertinent experience

  • Aircraft system & aerospace knowledge is a plus.

  • CAE software application knowledge is a plus.
