About This Role
Leading Business Critical Process Optimization/Development
Coordination and facilitation of workshops with cross functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders
Development of business processes maps
Analysing processes to identify breakdowns or areas of improvement
Developing plans to affect process improvements or close gaps
Working with the various stakeholders to drive the implementation of those plans
Drafting/modifying process documentation
Establishing an appropriate level of governance to ensure expected benefits have been realized
Creation of the scripts needed to extract, load and transform the data in preparation for consumption
Developing effective data visualizations to support data driven decision making and effective governance.
Work with stakeholders to collect and document visualization requirements
Development and implementation of BI reports meeting visualization requirements
Update and maintenance of BI reports
Other Job Related Skills/Background
Corporate experience in project management, report development and performance reporting or a combination of relevant professional experience
Prior experience/exposure to project management and continuous improvement best practices
Experience managing cross functional, geographically dispersed team
Strong understanding of database concepts and data structures
Strong visual design skills used in creating reports and dashboards
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
Efficiency with problem solving
Strong analytical skills
A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
An ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player, deadline and results-driven, performance-oriented
