COBBLE CREEK GOLF COURSE Cooks, Restaurant in Montrose, Colorado

POSITION: Cook

DUTIES: Set up workstations with all needed ingredients Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cook food with various utensils or on grill Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check quality of ingredients Monitor stock Simple Menu consisting of various grilled items & sandwiches, plus lunch specials

REQUIREMENTS: One year of experience for a cook to prepare meals according to menu. Must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. Must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods Ability to follow all sanitation procedures Ability to work in a team Very good communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, not required

WAGE: $16 - $18/hr (Depends on Experience)

SHIFTS: Alternating Weekends, Daytime, 16 - 24 hours weekly, depending on season

JOB SITE: Montrose, CO
