Hiring a Carpenter Foreman
Job Description
Lead a crew of 5-7 carpenters on commercial projects. Will be working along side the crew.
Effectively managing subcontractors on-site.
You will also oversee the layout of buildings from the ground up and read blueprints.
Will be working for a mid size general contractor based in Pueblo, CO.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) 40-50 hours per week.
Requirements
5+ years experience of commercial carpentry experience
2+ years of lead experience
Experience with Installation of metal doors, metal stud framing, safety carpentry and finish carpentry.
Ability to read and layout building plans from ground up
Must have reliable car
Must have valid drivers license
Pro-core experience is a plus!
Work Site
- This is a fully on-site position in Pueblo, Colorado.
Work Environment
This role is primarily based at a commercial construction site, starting mainly at a medical center project in Pueblo, with potential work at a steel mill.
You are guaranteed 40 hours per week with a typical start time at 7 AM and a fair amount of overtime opportunities
